Great work! Have you heard of Shelfari? It's also a great Web 2.0 tool that I love to use. I've created a site where students can come check out what's new in our library, share what I've been reading--kid lits of course.

Reading you comment made me realize that my blog accompanying the widget did not post. Therefore I redid it and posted it seperately. As you can see, I am a member of Shelfari and another virtual bookshelf called GoodReads. I was invited into each of them by friends. I have kept them up more diligently, probably because periodically I get emails from the sites telling me my friends have updated their shelves so I go on and do the same. I really like the idea of a site for students to check out what is new in the library and will do the same for my library--not sure what virtual library I will use. Like the way Shelfari looks over the appearance of the shelf on LibraryThing so will consider using it. I assume you are a school librarian also?
